The Aptera is rear … The Aptera is rear wheel drive. They are working on both straight electric and hybrid versions. And it’s quite safe… the engineering into the crashworthiness is very impressive. 10 seconds on Google will answer all these questions and let you avoid posting questions so that others have to do the work for you!
Let me put it this … Let me put it this way; when they talk about how many miles the car can go on a charge it’s electric. When they talk about miles to the gallon it has a gasoline motor in it which makes it a HYBRID.
aptera is think of … aptera is think of making a 4 wheel model in the future…i did talk to aptera spoke person and he said they had plans on testing the car in snow….he did not say if it would be 3 or 4 wheeled…
yeah i watched … yeah i watched other videos too and i am saticfied that the car would be safe in a car crash but i still wonder how it would handle snow…i think they will have to come out with 4 wheel model for it to be stable enough to handle that…
